Installing Apple AI

Apple AI is available for macOS devices. Follow these steps to install:

Step 1: Download the installer

Download the Apple AI installer from the official download page. There are two versions available:

  • Apple AI Silicon (2.6 MB) - Optimized for Macs with Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3 chips)
  • Apple AI Universal (2.8 MB) - Works on both Apple Silicon and Intel-based Macs

Step 2: Open the DMG file

Double-click the downloaded DMG file to open it. This will mount the disk image.

Step 3: Drag to Applications folder

Drag the Apple AI application to your Applications folder.

Step 4: Launch the app

Open your Applications folder and double-click on Apple AI to launch it.

Step 5: Authorize the app (if needed)

If you see a security warning, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and click "Open Anyway" to authorize the app.

Step 6: Set up login items (optional)

To have Apple AI start automatically when you log in, go to System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items and add Apple AI.
