Advanced Search
Quickly locate specific conversations with powerful search capabilities that can filter by date, AI model, or specific keywords.

Managing Your Conversation History
Accessing History
Click the "History" icon in the sidebar or use the keyboard shortcut ⌘H to open the conversation history panel. All your past conversations are listed chronologically by default.
Searching Conversations
Use the search bar at the top of the history panel to find specific conversations. You can search by keywords, dates (e.g., "yesterday," "last week"), or by AI model (e.g., "ChatGPT," "Claude").
Tagging Conversations
To add a tag to a conversation, hover over the conversation in the history panel and click the tag icon. You can create new tags or select from existing ones. Filter by tags using the dropdown menu at the top of the panel.
Renaming Conversations
By default, conversations are named based on their first few words. To rename a conversation, click on its title in the history panel and enter a more descriptive name for easier reference.
Deleting Conversations
If you want to remove a conversation from your history, hover over it in the panel and click the delete icon. You'll be asked to confirm before the conversation is permanently removed.
Privacy Note: All conversation history is stored locally on your Mac and never sent to our servers. You have complete control over your data, including the option to export or completely clear your history from the Preferences menu.

Export Options
Export individual conversations or your entire history in multiple formats, including plain text, markdown, PDF, or JSON. Perfect for documentation, sharing, or backing up important information.
Cloud Sync (Optional)
For Pro users, enable optional iCloud sync to keep your conversation history consistent across multiple Macs. All data is end-to-end encrypted for maximum privacy.
Conversation Merging
Combine related conversations by selecting multiple history items and using the "Merge" option. This creates a single coherent conversation from separate interactions.
Conversation Templates
Save frequently used conversations as templates that you can quickly start from. Perfect for repetitive tasks or workflows that follow a similar pattern.
